To go to Entebbe, hop on a plane while you’re in Kidepo Valley National Park. The flight should take around one hour and thirty minutes.

Day 6: Kampala

Lose Yourself in Nature

Join a knowledgeable guide on an adventure to a chimpanzee sanctuary, where you can see the primates in action from a viewing platform. Take a boat ride over the Equator from the Entebbe dock to Ngamba Island, south of the city, on Lake Victoria. Day 12: Queen Elizabeth National Park TO Bwindi

You can get a private shuttle to Bwindi from Queen Elizabeth National Park. It usually takes around three hours to transfer.

Early this morning, don your hiking boots and set out into the steamy jungles covering the peaks of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in search of the rare mountain gorillas. You’re in for one of the most amazing wildlife experiences of your life. One of the greatest spots on Earth to witness these intriguing apes is in this park. As you explore this immaculate reserve, your knowledgeable park guides will keep an eye out for the local gorilla families and provide explanations on the plants and animals you see. A genuinely hypnotic experience with the gorillas awaits you after a trek through the enchanting Bwindi forest. Feel more at one with nature by spending an hour watching them in their natural home from a safe distance. It can take anything from five to eight hours to follow the gorillas, depending on the weather and their whereabouts. Back at your lodge for dinner and the night.

Day 14: Bwindi TO Entebbe

You will be escorted privately from your Bwindi accommodation to the airstrip.

Get on a plane in Bwindi that will take you to Entebbe. One hour and thirty minutes is about how long the flight is.
