Explore the breathtaking beauty of Victoria Falls and its own ecology on your own. Set out from your hotel towards the Victoria Falls Rainforest, and notice how the terrain transforms as you get closer to the Falls! Arrive at the breathtaking spectacle of the world’s largest sheet of falling water. The Victoria Falls thunders from a height of more than a hundred meters across a breadth of nearly two kilometers, pouring more than 500 million cubic meters of water each minute down the Zambezi River canyon. If you’re lucky, you might be able to see the Falls surrounded by misty rainbows caused by the effect of sunshine on the constant spray of water. After shooting shots from the most spectacular viewing points, take a tour around the site and soak in its unspoiled beauty until it’s time to return to your hotel. Exciting night drives and lovely bush walks with an experienced guide are also available to stretch your legs and explore nature’s tiny beauties. A mokoro expedition will take you along the Delta’s waterways and lagoons to see the game from a different angle.

Setari Camp: Boat Safaris, Mokoro Excursions:
Spend a day exploring Setari to really appreciate and enjoy the vast concession. Begin your day with a light breakfast and then proceed to your morning activities. Take a leisurely boat ride or a mokoro, a form of canoe popular in the area. You could also go for the full-day trek, which includes a visit to Jao Village to get a firsthand look at rural life, culture, and traditions. Return to your camp and relax with a nice meal. Spend the next few hours relaxing by swimming in the camp’s pool, shopping for local antiques in the curio shop, or taking a nap! After afternoon tea, take a leisurely boat ride or lounge in your mokoro. You might also go for a walk in the woods to see the native flora. After your afternoon adventure, treat yourself to a meal under the stars – weather permitting, of course!
