Day 1 & 2: Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

You will be met and driven to the resort where you will spend two nights after arriving at Victoria Falls Airport in Zimbabwe.

When you’re there: Two nights allow you to spend a whole day taking in the sights and, of course, the splendor of the falls. Simply watching from the rain forest is thrilling because of the sheer force of gallons of water tumbling down and the spray that lends the falls its name, Mosi-oa-Tunya (“The Smoke that Thunders”).

More than simply an enormous cascade, Victoria Falls is home to several endangered animal and plant species. Exactly halfway between Zimbabwe and Zambia (you may actually go to both if you so choose). By breadth, the falls are regarded as one of the biggest in the world. That is an astounding 1,708 metres wide. Indeed, it’s rather amazing. Water falling everywhere one looks.

Our advice is to take some amazing panoramic pictures from above and to really appreciate the size of it all by doing a helicopter flip over the falls, also referred to as the Flight of Angels. Another must is a Zambezi River sundowner cruise. An other perspective of the falls and who doesn’t like a nice sundowner? Among the best, this might be. A sample of the local food and culture will be provided via dinner at The Boma Restaurant. You should not miss this real supper experience.

Both the town hub and the Victoria Falls are near to your accommodation. Key is location, and this place puts you in a great position to see the falls and everything else this amazing place has to offer.

First established and the most biologically varied national park in Botswana is Chobe. The third-largest in the nation, it boasts some of the highest game concentrations in all of Africa, which is a really remarkable claim to fame when you are competing with some of the best, such as South Africa’s Kruger National Park and Namibia’s Etosha National Park.

When you’re there: There’s a fair chance you’ll see lions in addition to elephants a plenty. That’s one of several. As we mentioned, Chobe National Park boasts an amazing concentration of animals, hence there are plenty to see and in large numbers.
