Even though you’re only staying for one night, the quaint boutique hotel Karibu is ideal for relaxing after a long flight and getting ready for the next leg of the journey. Start your day with a full English breakfast as you listen to the birdsong at Entebbe International Airport. Then, make your way back to the airport in time for your flight to Kisoro airfield. You will be escorted to Nkuringo Lodge by a knowledgeable guide after your arrival in Kisoro. If you can get there in the late afternoon, you’ll have plenty of time to relax before your incredible gorilla trek the next day.

Enjoy a substantial breakfast the following morning while taking in panoramic views of your stunning surroundings, made using ingredients sourced from the area. The following day, you will travel on a trip through Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in the hopes of seeing the elusive mountain gorillas.

Spend a day relaxing at Nkuringo Lodge after a gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi’s forests. Take leisurely strolls through picturesque forests, soaking in the scenery as you look for avian treasures among the foliage. Upon returning to the lodge, indulge in a relaxing massage. Then, grab a drink from the bar and take in the breathtaking views of the forest from the upstairs area.

Day 5: Back to Entebbe

Before your light aircraft flight back to Entebbe, have one more breakfast at Nkuringo Lodge while listening to the peaceful sounds of nature. Then, drive back to the Kisoro Airstrip. Lunch will be served at The Boma Hotel Entebbe, which is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, before you say goodbye to Africa. Following your sumptuous lunch, you will be transported to Entebbe International Airport for your flight back home or onto to your next location.
