This Private Guided 4 Days Kenya walking safari will take you to Lake Bogoria, where you will witness flamingos and a hot spring. We also go to Lake Naivasha and Crescent Island, which is located on the lake’s eastern shore. There are many visible animals, including as giraffes, wildebeests, waterbucks, elands, zebras, and impalas. It is also a refuge for birds, with over 200 species identified. Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Day 1: Nairobi- South of Lake Bogoria via Walking

We will drive to Bogoria in the morning as you enjoy the breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley. We arrive at Lake Bogoria Country Club just in time for lunch before driving south to Lake Bogoria Game Reserve. We are dropped off at the park gate and begin our 3- to 4-hour hike to the hot springs south of Lake Bogoria with a game ranger. Our safari vehicle will then pick us up and take us back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Walking at Lake Bogoria for Flamingos and Hot Spring

We leave with packed lunches to see the Flamingos and hot springs. In the morning, the springs shoot up to 15-18 feet. WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN WALKING NEAR THE HOT SPRINGS AS THEY ARE EXTREMELY HOT.

Following that, we go south to the end before turning to the east side of the lake. We spent the entire day wandering over open savannah with scattered bushes, where we saw greater kudu, Thompson’s and Grant’s gazelles, as well as zebras, monkeys, and baboons.

Day 3: Lake Bogoria to Lake Naivasha

Departure early in the morning towards Lake Naivasha. Afternoon game watching trek on Crescent Island, a privately-owned peninsula on Lake Naivasha’s eastern shore. There are many visible animals, including giraffes, wildebeests, waterbucks, elands, zebras, and impalas. It is also a birder’s paradise, with over 200 species documented.

Day 4: Hells Gate to Nairobi


Hell’s Gate Biking Safari | Naivasha, Kenya

Breakfast at a leisurely pace, followed by a tour to the nearby Hells Gate National Park with packed lunches. This park can be explored on foot or by bicycle; bicycles can be rented for an additional fee. Hell’s Gate is located immediately beyond Naivasha Lake. Visitors can drive, stroll, camp, cycle, and rock climb within the park, which is known for its natural hot geysers and eagle and vulture breeding areas. Viewing points of interest include Fischer’s Tower, which was once a volcano’s plug, the Central Tower, and the Njorowa Gorges. Olkaira and Hobley’s extinct volcanoes are worth a visit.
